M4 have begun studying the Living World by considering what makes something alive. We learnt about the life processes of nutrition by modeling the human digestive system - right to the end! Later in the term we will be investigating the digestive system of a sheep to compare the structures. Next we will investigate the circulatory and respiratory systems. We will consider how these systems are linked together to facilitate cellular respiration.Our skills focus is linking the structures to their function, and explaining how these support the life processes of nutrition, gas exchange and internal transport.
