Deputy Head Student, Alexandria Swain, looks forward to a very important Term Four for seniors, culminating in the NCEA Eternal Examinations. Kia ora whānau and friends, and welcome to Term Four! It’s been a big year, and I hope everyone enjoyed a well-deserved break — with perhaps a little bit of study in the mix too! This term, we’ll be wrapping up our schoolwork and looking ahead to the summer holidays.Derived grades were completed near the end of last term, and now the real deal is just around the corner. Senior students will begin study leave after Week 3, with exams starting soon after. But before that, we’ll be celebrating with Senior Spirit Week — a chance for our senior students to have some fun, show their creativity, and dress up to a new theme each day. I can’t wait to see the amazing outfits!Meanwhile, there’s plenty of excitement building in the junior school too — I’ve even heard that some students are counting down to summer faster than the teachers!A very warm welcome back to all our students and staff. I’m looking forward to an exciting and successful Term Four for everyone.Ngā mihi,Alexandria SwainDeputy Head Student
