Last week, our Year 5 and 6 students loaded up the vans and set off for an incredible 3-day, 2-night camp at Lakeland Park in Queenstown! The students immersed themselves in a range of fantastic activities.

They had the opportunity to develop teamwork skills by collaborating to complete various tasks, stepped back in time to experience school life in the 1800s at the Arrowtown Museum, and even tried their hand at gold panning. It was fantastic to witness the sheer enjoyment, enthusiasm, and laughter over the entire trip.

A Big Thank You to Our Community

Camp would simply not be possible without the incredible support of our wider school community. We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this experience a reality: through supporting our fundraising efforts, providing prizes for our raffle and for those parents who joined us for the day at camp or provided essential help with travel logistics.

Special Appreciation for Our Overnight Helpers

Finally, a very big thank you to the parents who dedicated their time to stay with us for the full three days and two nights. Your incredible work, support, and dedication were invaluable to the success of the trip.

Thank you to: Adam Lee, Mike Bacchus, Anna Campbell, Tessa Smith, Erica Wills, Mel Schauer, and Amanda Feck.
