Room 9 and Room 13 had an unforgettable camp adventure last week! Our Year 2–4 students spent a night on the school field, camping in tents, campers, buses, and caravans.

The evening was filled with laughter and delicious food, starting with sausages and bread and fish and chips for dinner. Students also took on a fun marshmallow tower challenge, and later enjoyed a cozy PJ party with fruit kebabs and ice blocks, finishing off the night with a movie. It was an awesome time for friendship, teamwork, and simply having fun together.

The adventure continued the next day with a trip to the breathtaking Aoraki Mt Cook. Students explored the Visitor Centre, admired the stunning alpine scenery, and learned more about the natural environment around them. From tasty treats and games to exploration and discovery, this camp was a truly memorable highlight of the year for everyone in Rooms 9 and 13!

Miss Hooper and Miss Smith couldn’t have asked for a better way to finish their time at TAS, creating such a special opportunity and ending the year with a great bunch of kids.
