Our buttery croissants can be proofed and baked at home, giving you bakery-quality results from your own kitchen, perfectly paired with a cup of organic hot chocolate, tea, or coffee.

Why are we fundraising?

Twizel Area School is fundraising to send selected students to the National Area Schools Sporting Tournament in Whangārei during the final week of Term 2. Traveling from the heart of the Mackenzie District to the top of the North Island is a massive undertaking; funds will cover flights, accommodation, and transport so every student can reach the starting line.

Our croissants come unproofed in bags of 20. Simply remove them from freezer the night before you need them to proof then bake!
