Despite facing challenging weather conditions, with the first three hours of competition taking place in drizzle, the students delivered outstanding performances throughout the day.

Last week, our school community came together to warmly welcome our newest students and staff members with a Mihi Whakatau. This special ceremony provided an opportunity to embrace our fourteen new enrolments and two new staff members, helping them feel at home in our kura.

Our Year 7 and 8 classes, M1 and M2, are buzzing with excitement as they embark on a special conservation and technology project—building bumblebee houses! This hands-on initiative is designed to support local bumblebee populations while integrating important lessons about biodiversity, sustainability, and design thinking.

Last week, the TAS Swimming Sports event proved to be an incredible day filled with enthusiasm, determination, and community spirit. It was fantastic to see everyone giving it a go, whether they were competing for top honours or simply floating down the pool with a smile on their face.
